Everyone who has lost their battle to cancer
My Story
Cancer is happening right now, and this is why we (The Lewis clan) are taking part in a Race for Life 5k to help raise money and save lives. Unfortunately, statistics are showing that 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Within our family (and close family friends) there have been several cancer diagnoses throughout the years, and therefore we wanted to come together to take part in raising money to help beat cancer sooner. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. If you can, please help us raise money. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
