Hello friends and family, Looking to raise money for cancer research, and improve my stamina!

EDIT Sunday 7 May 2016 14.09 - Run complete! Finished, and without stopping. New PB of 66 mins. Lots of musicians employed around the course as well as many people supporting many different charities or just running for health make for a great atmosphere - would highly recommend the experience to anyone who has yet to compete in a running event! Thank you for the donations towards CR.

Hello friends and family!

I'll be one of over 12,000 people running in the Bristol 10K on Sunday 7th May. Looking to reach £200 for cancer research.

Thanks in advance for any donations toward the research company -
