My Story
My family is taking part in the Milton Keynes Race for Life 5k on 9 June to raise money and save lives. So many people suffer with cancer and they have to endure harsh and often painful treatment. Regrettably for some it is a journey that ends in sadness, leaving families and friends without their loved ones. We want to do our bit to raise money for cancer research. There are so many different types of cancer and it is important that we are able to support future research. Every single penny you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor us now.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
