Matt, Ava-Joy & Sonny’s Giving Page

Hey. I'm going to be completing 100 push-ups a day in November to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. This is a charity very close to my heart, having lost family and friends to cancer over the years, so I am keen to show my support in an effort to hopefully raise not just money but awareness about all the incredible work this charity does - saving lives and ultimately helping others in the future. My son (Sonny) and daughter (Ava-Joy) will be joining in the challenge, doing push ups wherever they can. Not only do we love a challenge as a family, it’s important to me as a parent that they grow up understanding what can be achieved and the difference they can make from small acts of kindness whilst being supportive towards others. These are teachings that my own parents instilled in me and something I encourage in them, whilst making it a fun and positive experience. Cancer really does suck right, and I’m certain it’s affected all our lives in some way or another. Whether that be directly or you know someone who is currently fighting it at this very moment. I’ll definitely be committing to 100 press ups a day, whether it’s in the morning, during work, whilst out, or in the evening - it’s happening!
