My Story
Motorcycle challenge that takes places on the longest day of the year, 2021 Bikers leave Lands End at sunrise and aim to reach John O'Groats by sunset following a designated route. Motorcycles must cost no more than £300 - I originally planned to do this last year , but it was rescheduled for obvious reasons . So , this year I’ve dusted off the old Honda purchased for last years ride and now need to get some miles in with my trusty sidekick , Charlie - She loves riding with me , and doesn’t let me leave the house on a bike without her .. I’m starting to think this trip might be a little too much for her, but we’ll see how we get on over the next couple of months and then decide. OK, it’s just a week away from the big day. Charlie won’t be joining me on the trip , although she’s been on some training runs, as it’s really going to be a test of endurance . The route will take us over 1000 miles , and of course there’s the return trip ! Thanks to all that have sponsored me so far , it’s really appreciated
