My Story
Last year my family was hit by the big C once again when my sister was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Thankfully, her treatment has been successful but I have lost too many people to count because of this awful disease and I have so many others close to me that are still fighting. Not to mention those who have fought and survived. When I saw this challenge it seemed perfect as I am trying to be more active and lose weight so this September, I’m taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. Your donations will go along way to keeping me motivated and donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Not only will you be helping me to raise funds for the vital work needed to beat this thing but you'll also be helping me continue on my journey to get fitter and healthier. 2 good deeds for the price of one. It's a no brainer!!!
