Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. I came late to setting this up for March (it's the 10th!), but fortunately both my bikes have computers; on March 1st the workhorse Boardman stood at 12004, and the 'glamour' Condor had 3232 on the clock, so please accept the 65-odd miles already pedalled as 'legit' when I publish this and set off in earnest. Hopefully I will reach 300 miles by the 31st, but I'll try to outdo my target, too. One more thing: please visit the new website for the Cycle Orbital network - https://london-cycle-orbital.org.uk/. It awaits a full-scale launch when lockdown rules allow, but in the meantime you can use it to plan an outing. It might provide inspiration for your own cycle challenge! Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
