Fina and Martina’s first Race for Life together - July 2019! Those who have known me for a while, know that I have been participating as a runner at Race for Life ever since my father died of cancer in 2007. Sadly, now almost 5 years ago, I also lost my dear friend Sonia to this dreadful illness. My little sign has been added with more and more names over the years... Race for Life is an important yearly event for me which has somewhat become tradition as well. Thanks to all those who have been running with me over the years. This year it will be the first time together with my 5 months old daughter Fina. Means a lot to me as I wish so much that Fina would have had the chance to meet her Granddad. I know she would have been his absolute delight. Fina and I will walk the 5k with pram which -nevertheless- will be a challenge to us. I have no doubt, with Fina, it will be an even more emotional (and enjoyable) event than in previous years. Please sponsor us guys ♥️
