My Story
On the 21st of September 2020 my Nana Lyn died of Cancer. She had been fighting to stay alive, having lots of treatments including the very latest immunotherapy & chemo. I spent my 6th Birthday with her at the caravan on Anglesey & then she went into a hospice. I wasn’t allowed to visit because of Covid so I didn’t see her again. My Nana used to spoil me, she was always buying me things, cooking nice things and she would give me huge hugs that lasted so long that I would have to peel myself away. I would love to have one of those hugs again. My Nana worked for MacMillan right up to when she just no longer had the energy, she tried to help others going through the hell she was going through. I hope my fundraising helps too. Marthy x
