Lawrence Walsh - My Grandad
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Veg Pledge page. This November, I will be going vegetarian and taking the Veg Pledge for Cancer Research UK. I am taking the Veg Pledge in memory of my Grandad Laurence Walsh who passed away earlier this year after battling with lymphoma. The money raised will help fund the life-saving research that Cancer Research does and help them bring forward the day where we live in a cancer free world.
CAUSE
Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. Help us carry out world-class research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer.
