Olivia's Race for Life

We are going to be running 5km around Southpark in Oxford in the Pretty Muddy Kids Race. We are three mums of varying fitness (having done nothing but run after kids and dogs all Summer holidays, so 5km might hurt just a little bit) and three kids who have no concept of just how far 5km really is! There will be mud, and lots of it! Maybe obstacles to get over, I am not sure. We will be tired, muddy and sore the next day. BUT, we will have fun doing it, AND it is for such a good cause. We have very personal stories to tell about friends, family and loved ones who have fought cancer. Some are luckier than others, but all are strong and brave, and we want to honour them in our efforts. Please give as much as you can, every little helps. Sometimes it is just the act of giving, even a pound, that connects you with the cause and adds your energy and support to all those who are working tirelessly to find ways to beat cancer, and offering much needed support to cancer sufferers and their families. We are all affected by this issue in some way, so please give willingly and wholeheartedly, and we will soldier on!
