In November 2016, without any symptoms we received the devastating news that Sarah had advanced Bowel cancer, the news was always it was not curable but maybe controllable with chemotherapy, for 6 months the treatment held off and reduced the cancer, this stopped being the case and after stitching to different drugs Sarah lost the battle on 31st December 2017.
