My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m dipping 12 times this Christmas to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Cancer is a horrible disease and touches the lives of all of us, either directly or through someone we know or care for. Times are hard right now and money is tight. But if you can and want to donate, please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. Now, you’ll want to see something for your donation won’t you?! Well, I won’t be taking quick 3 min dips in the inside bath at 12c. HELL NO! This will be 12 mins, in an outside ice bath, at whatever temperature it is out there, for at LEAST 12 dips in December - INCLUDING CHRISTMAS DAY MORNING! There’ll be plenty of photos and videos of me and my faithful companion, “Cold as Duck”, along the way to keep you entertained and as evidence of my suffering/contribution! So, come on! It’s a great cause and for a small amount you get to see me suffer for at least 144 mins at a projected avg temperature of sub 3c! Thank you
