My Story
Please help in me June. I am doing 100 miles to support Cancer research. Only a few of you will know that I was diagnosed In January. I have a certain type of cancer. Fortunately, thanks to the wonderful NHS I was quickly in an operation to remove the cancer tumour and then had to wait 3 long weeks to find out if it had spread and if I will need treatment. It was not the easiest time! On the plus side I got the all clear and no treatment further treatment as yet, which I am extremely lucky and thankful for 👍👍👍. After having appointments and seeing first hand how this can affect people and there family’s I want to do what I can to help. That is why I am doing this and any donation will be much appreciated 😉

From testing new therapies to finding better ways of using existing therapies, our clinical trials have helped improve cancer treatment. But these treatments don’t work for everyone and can have short- and long-term side effects. With your support, we can find kinder, more effective treatments so that people can live longer, better lives.
