I'm cycling 300 miles this September for Cancer Research UK

Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. This September, before the end of the month, I will complete 300 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK.

Now I know that as a keen cyclist this may strike you as not much of a challenge however I intend to make life a little more difficult for myself. Each week I will ride an Alpine, Pyrenean or Mallorcan mountain on my indoor bike to supplement the rest of my riding. These rides will be completed using Rouvy (an online training package) that adjusts the resistance on my trainer to match the gradient, so there will be no hiding from those gradients.

Every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research so please show your support with a donation to my page.

And it's done. 300 miles completed. I do still owe you all an Alp as family commitments got in the way on Sunday. I'll revisit that commitment at the weekend. With offline donations I'm around £415 + gift aid. Thanks for all your donations and there's still time to add to the pot :-)
