On Sunday 3rd October I’m running the London Marathon to raise money for Cancer Research UK. CRUK is a cause very close to my heart, I lost my Mum, Auntie and Granny to cancer. It’s a disease that affects so many families but Cancer Research UK are funding vital research so we can beat cancer.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
