Cancer destroys lives. In the most indescribably terrible ways. It is a predator, always striking when you least expect it, to those who dont deserve it. I lost my Mother, soon I will loose a friend. Sadly, many of you already know the pain and helplessness of watching a loved one fade and weaken. That is why you are here. We can change this outcome, redress the odds. We can do this through small gestures and taking part. Shinewalk 2018 is a positive event that will help save lives amongst the people, families and communities where you live. Please give as much as you can.
CAUSE
Bowel cancer
Over the past 40 years there's been dramatic progress in tackling bowel cancer and half of people diagnosed will now survive for at least 10 years. But with bowel cancer still claiming around 43 lives each day, more research still needs to be done. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
