Cancer has impacted many people in my family. So this year i’ve decided to sign up to the raceforlife to help support Cancer Research. Many of you know that i’m not a natural runner, but over the past couple of months i’ve been training in preparation for this 5K. I started off the year not being able to run more than 30 seconds without wanting to stop and now i’m participating in 5K race. If you are able to help support Cancer Research UK by donating i would be very grateful.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
