My friends gorgeous blue eyed boy was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma at the age of 16 months. Always happy and smiling Sam battled on through all of his treatment but sadly passed away just 10 days after his 3rd birthday ? Sam's mum, myself and a group of her friends will take part in The Shine walk half marathon (13 miles) through the streets of London throughout the night to raise money to help other families going through this devastating illness......
