We all know someone who has or had cancer and I want to stop that happening in the future.

My wonderful mum Sheila who lost her battle 30 years ago.
Well this year I have been rather rash and signed up to do the 10K at Crystal Palace. A year on from treatment, I am thankful for the support of family and friends and the continued care from St Georges wonderful team. I have also met fantastic survivors who have made me laugh and encouraged me to keep positive and go forward. I run for them and Jackie, Frances, Rowena, and Ruth who have come through their own recent battles. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives so please sponsor me if you can.
