All my BC ladies, my friends fighting and in honour of those I have lost
On 23rd March 2013 my life changed forever and I was diagnosed with breast Cancer. After chemo, radiotheraphy, herceptin and tamoxifen I'm still here. Sadly I have lost many lovely people and am watching others going through this for the second time. I do this to help Cancer Research but also in honour and in memory of : My BC ladies group, my BC FB group, My friend Janette Elliot who is usually with me but fighting this year, for my friend Dave who is such an inspiration, Lyn Severne who lost her battle before Christmas. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
