I'm motivated by my mum Kath, who passed away in 1986 aged 57 from breast cancer.

My mum passed away from breast cancer aged 57, 31 years ago. I'm now aged 52, and know how important it is to look after myself, eating right and keeping active. My Team of Slimming World - West Norwood Members - NEED4SPEED2 are all working on the same. Being a healthy weight reduces the risk of cancer. One of many health benefits.
