My Story

This year, I will be endeavoring to run 5k in support of Cancer Research UK! I will be taking part in a Race for Life 5k in September to raise money, make a difference and save lives! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now! I am motivated and ready to smash this challenge and complete not only a personal goal but also contribute to a cause of crucial importance!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
