In memory of

My sister Anne who died aged 41 in 1989

My Story

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Sadly my sister, Anne, died, but many people have benefitted from huge advances in treatment as a result of the work done by Cancer Research, including of course my husband, Alan. This is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money to help that research continue. Every single pound raised makes a difference. Thank you for your support.

CAUSE

All Cancer Types

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
