My Story
Last year, we lost our amazing Nan Shirley to cancer. On Sunday 1st August I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon with my uncle and sister to raise funds for Cancer Research UK in memory of her, and for those close to us who have been affected by cancer. Donations received last year for the cancelled 2020 event will contribute to this years event instead. Thank you to all who have kindly donated so far.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
