My Story
Hello friends, This is it, I’m doing it. Feeling extra anxious as I’m the worst and I mean it the worst when it comes to running or doing any kinds of sports (I’m only sick at table tennis lol). It’s something I wanted to do for a long time and it finally feels like the right time. Some of you might know that my beautiful cousin passed away 5 years ago, because of a nasty disease called leukaemia. She was only 15 years old and had a full life ahead of her. It’s been the most heartbreaking thing that’s ever happened in my family and we lost someone very special to us. Since then my family and I have been taking part in a lot of charity events to help other people beat this horrible disease. So here I am, doing something for my girl, but also for everyone that has lost someone special to them to this horrible disease. I’m also doing this for my beautiful friend Laura I know she lost her mum at a young age so this is for them. Any donations will be very much appreciated. We have a lot of time and I have set a target of £500 (feeling confident ha hope my friends won’t disappoint me here 😉) We have time till June to help others and hopefully even save a life and it will be the best early birthday present I could ask for. You are all in for a treat, because there are high chances of me having heart palpitations every two seconds and I will probably be the last one on the finish line, but it will all be worth it. Thank you very much everyone! Love, Marcie
