My Story
This year I’ve chosen to run the Great North Run and raise money in aid of Cancer research UK. My dad was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer which came as a bit of a shock to me and my family. He is just starting his Cancer treatment journey, but I know a lot of people who have been through treatment and with the help of Cancer Research have come out the other side and won their battle. Any donations big or small will go towards finding a cure for this f**king horrible disease! Thank you

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
