My Story
Our Lyla is running her first 5K in aid of Cancer Research UK on 23 July 2017. Born out of her desire of no longer wanting to be called ‘slowcoach’ and always coming last in a race, Lyla started running with her daddy last winter. True to herself, Lyla has kept up with her running and now feels that she’s ready for her first running challenge and if she can raise a few quid for charity along the way – even better. So please forgo a cup of coffee/tea or glass/pint/vat of your chosen tipple and sponsor Lyla instead. Mummy will be accompanying Lyla and motivating her all the way. Happy to report that with her training ‘slowcoach’ is no more and one of Lyla’s goals in life is to collect as many medals as she can ?
