My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. My very special Granddad passed away from lung cancer 20 years ago, and we all still miss him every day. Although my Gran was never diagnosed, we all think she died of it too. We lost both my grandparents within the space of 6 weeks - they were only in their early 70's - too young to die, they were taken away from us too soon
