5 diwrnod ers gadael ysbyty seiciatryddol Hergest ym Mangor yn dilyn argosiad 2 fis, dwi di penderfynnu gwneud rhywbeth ENFAWR yn fy mywyd, rhedeg Race For Life 5k! Mae'n her enfawr i mi. Fe gollais i a'm chwiorydd sy'n drilliad mam yn 17 oed ar ol iddi ddioddef o gansar 3 gwaith! Canser yr ymenydd oed y gwenwyn enillodd y dydd. Os fedrwch chi arbed ceiniog i roi i'r achos, mi faswn i mor ddiolchgar. 5 days since leaving Hergest, the psychiatric unit I was in for months in Bangor, I'm doing the Race for Life 5K! It's a HUGE challenge for me. Sadly I lost my mother at 17 years of age. She battled cancer 3 times during my adolesence before brain cancer conquered her. If you can spare anything at all for this valuable cause, it would be greatly appreciated. Diolch FILIWN, Malan xxx
