My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This April, I’m doing 100 squats a day to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. The reason I am donating to cancer research is because I lost my dad 1 year ago now and the struggle was unreal when he had cancer and is still a struggle now. Cancer is something that sometimes unfortunately gets the better of you and you can’t stop. My dad put up a good fight but unfortunately did not make it. I want to raise money for cancer research to help with other families as the care is expensive and the time and effort the cancer nurses made for my dad was amazing.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
