1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. For me, that 1 was my mum, being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. Now 5 years since her diagnosis and 4 years since finishing treatment she's fitter and healthier than ever, and that's all because of the work of charities like Cancer Research UK.
Anyone who knows me knows that I hate running so, while it's no marathon, a 10k is still plenty far enough for me.
Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, helping more people beat the odds, so please give up your morning pret, or have one less VK in TP and sponsor me now.
