After being inspired to make a difference and try something new in the process of moving across the country, I am taking part in the Race for Life 10k for the first time this year! While I could dance for hours or bend into a million Yoga positions, I am not a natural runner, so 10k really is a long way for me, but I decided I was up to the challenge in the name of Cancer Research UK!
