So today I went to see the MSK team. Thankfully I was told that after a few X-rays I do not have hip dysplasia (thank god). They say that I am 'extremely hypermobile', and that there is definitely something wrong with my hip- probably soft tissue and ligament damage, so physio and further scans for me :( . SO anyway, with that in mind, this is going to be extra difficult for me, and my lovely team have said that they will go at my pace- slow and steady wins the race!
