My Story
i’m doing the cancer research mud run because many people in my family have suffered from differnt types of cancer. My nanny, auntie and great grandad all unfortunately lost their battle, recently a girl in my year (year 11) also lost her battle with cancer. This is why i am determined to finish the run and raise money for cancer research to make a difference to other people suffering!!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
