We're taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner.
In memory of
John Stacey
Anyone who knows me knows walking far, let alone running can be very difficult to me. However someone who has helped shaped my life was diagnosed with cancer not too long ago. Her strength, determination and positivity is admirable. In addition some of the closest people to me have lost family members due to this awful disease. So, I'm going to push and challenge myself to finish this race to raise funds to support all those who are fighting on a daily basis and those who have fought and are forever in our hearts. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
