I’m walking 500,000 steps over 50 days, average 10k a day finishing on 20th November, what would have been my beautiful sister Nicola’s 50th Birthday raising much needed funds for Cancer Research UK.

My Story
Mission 500,000 steps over 50 days. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I am challenging myself to walk 500,000 steps, an average of 10,000 steps every day for 50 days in memory of my beautiful sister Nicola finishing on 20th November her 50th Birthday to help beat cancer sooner. Starting on 1st October, it will be great to have some walking buddies on the weekends, if you have good walks near you and free one weekend let me know it will be great to catch up. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
