My Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. This is the second year of taking part in Race for Life at Tatton. Last year I joined two friends, Sarah and Lorraine who's son, Callum, was having treatment for a rare form of bone cancer. I'm glad to say Callum has responded very well to treatment and will continue to be monitored to ensure it does not return. I'm running again this year in memory of loved ones lost and to raise much needed funds for Cancer Research. I would be grateful for any donations.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
