A year ago today (18 March 21) I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I wanted to mark the day in some way so decided to jog/run/walk 5K Race for Life at Waddesdon Manor in May. To give myself an extra challenge I will be adding on another 5K by running/jogging/walking the Greenway between Waddesdon Manor and Aylesbury......I must be mad!!!! Since my diagnosis I have come to know of family and also friends on my FB who have seen my journey this last year and are on their own journey to beating cancer. I can't run to save my life (excuse the pun) and not exercised properly in over a year so with 8 weeks to go to get as fit as I can I would love your support to raise money for Cancer Research. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
