My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in a Race for Life 10k run. Lyndon’s Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012 and battled it for 3 years. She was a great Mother of 3, Wife, Friend and Worker for the NHS. Also engaged education and work empowerment programs in communities. During her battle, she successfully completed a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and for all her efforts she received an award of best overall student. Lyndon and his friends are running this race in remembrance of Doris and her achievements as she is never forgotten. Doris cared about defeating cancer so please donate and help us raise breast cancer awareness and research to save lives.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
