My mum passed away on 19th February 2019, after a short battle with cancer. I am taking part in the race for life to raise money for cancer research uk. I want to raise as much as possible in memory of my beautiful mum and any others that have lost their loved ones to this illness.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
