My granddad
Those of you who know me well are aware that I lost my grandfather to pancreatic cancer. When he was diagnosed, it was too late to intervene. The feeling of utter helplessness will stay with me forever. Sometimes beating cancer seems to be an insurmountable challenge, but I don't think it's an excuse to give up. I support Cancer Research because I believe in the work they do, and I hope you will join me in supporting them, too.
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
