My Story
As most of you will know I lost my wonderful Dad to cancer some years ago, my lovely mother in law last year, and my eldest brother has recently been diagnosed but thankfully his outlook is good. I am sick of cancer affecting those who I love, so David and I thought we would try and do something, however small, to try and raise some funds for Cancer Research. We've never done anything like this before, and we will be well out of our comfort zone as we hate really busy events, but we are doing the 5K race for life in June - though we will be walking not running! Millie our lab may be joining us too. If you hate cancer as much as we do, it would be great if you're able to give something to Cancer Research.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
