My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. Both my Grandma and Auntie are survivors of cancer. They are brave and strong women and I couldn’t be more proud to be part of their family. What I’ve learnt is that anyone can get can, when you least expect it. Cancer ruins lives and needs to tackled. I am a big supporter of events like this to raise money to help others in need and in a fun and beneficial way.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
