My Story
Yep, I’m doing it again... but bigger this time! Last year, I had a tough time managing my diagnosis with M.E. (thanks to my fun stint with glandular fever, fatigue decided to never leave me!). I challenged myself to be better than the fatigue and ran 5k for Race for Life, raising £450 in the process which went to Cancer Research UK. Every day is still a challenge with more naps than I would hope for, but I’ve kept up with the running and every other day I run 3.5k to keep myself active. So this year, let’s make it 10k! Follow my progress: https://www.strava.com/athletes/34599214 I’d be really grateful for any donations - this charity is so important. I don’t know anyone who hasn’t been affected, whether it’s directly or indirectly, by this horrible illness. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
