My Story

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. Also to help serve the month of Ramadan by doing good and charitable deeds, to remind myself that in the spirit of this event people fast to remind themselves of those starving in this world. This event can help to remind me of the struggle and feelings of tiredness/soreness and any pains of running along with the motivation to keep going can be the same feelings and emotions of those who face cancer feel every day and the struggles they fight and deal with daily. Running with friends and supporting each other along the way makes the struggle easier, as I hope this event will help remind those battling cancer they aren't alone and so much support is out there from all those running these events. My thoughts and silent prayers are with them all. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
