My Story
I signed up for Tough Mudder (13 obstacles over a 5-mile course) to raise money for Cancer Research UK after hearing the news about a friend of the family, Mitch, a three-year old boy who, in a matter of days, had his and his family’s life literally turned upside down. Cancer is happening right now, but research will eventually find a cure. The research has meant that there are more survivors of cancer than ever before, but still, not enough. I’m not sure how much of a Tough Mudder I really am – I guess on the 20th of August I will find out! – but I am delighted to be part of a team of people who are currently fundraising in Mitchie’s name and would really appreciate any sponsorship you can spare.
