Grandad/Dad died of cancer on 15th April 2017 after battling cancer for only 7 ½ weeks.
In memory of
Grandad / dad
Grandad/dad didn't know he was ill. He just had some back pain. It got worse and the Doctor arranged for him to go into hospital. There he was diagnosed with malignant spinal cord compression (spinal cancer) which paralysed him from the chest down. We were told it was secondary cancer - the Doctors couldn't find the primary cancer. He received wonderful care in hospital, then at St Barnabas Hospice, but sadly died 7 ½ weeks later on Saturday 15th April 2017.
