To raise money and challenge myself at the same time.
My Story
I have decided I'm going to give running and climbing over muddy obstables a go this year, as part of an 8-man team with my brilliant Loddon Hockey buddies, to 'give cancer a good kicking'! In 2013 I ran Race for Life when my amazing sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and I am sooooo happy to say that she has now recovered! It really shows that all the kind donations made by all the thousands of supporters really does make a fantastic difference. Any donation, no matter how small, will be hughely appreciated. Lucy x

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
