March Daily Cold Water Challenge

I normally only do this once a year on New Year's Day, but for some mad reason have decided to do immerse myself in cold water every day in March - even on my birthday! I'll do as many days as possible in the sea (and use some imagination for the other days) - and for those of you that know me well you know how much I hate the cold. So please support a really worthy cause as we all know people impacted with cancer. I'll post photo updates once I begin the challenge ....

Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.
